We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unassembled and with tags, in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at infohomelydecor@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that the cost of shipping will be at buyer's expense and be deducted from the value of your purchase. All returned shipments must be freight prepaid with RMA number and original invoice.
At 10% restocking fee is also applicable for furniture.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception as any claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be made through the freight carrier. Before signing the freight bill, please inspect all boxes for damages. (Please make sure the carrier signs the freight bill for any damages).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sofa's, loveseats, chaises, etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchange & Credit
No cash refunds, only exchange or credit with the 10% restocking fee (Furniture only) deducted from the amount credited.
