Shipping Information



We provide free shipping in USA for all orders over $49.99 USD!

Otherwise a flat fee of 9.99$ will be applicable per order.

We also ship certain products to Canada, free shipping for all order over $79.99 or a flat fee of $19.99 per order if less.

Our products are designed and shipped from our warehouses in North America. We perform weekly audits of our inventory to ensure our product quality is of the highest standard.


For all orders, it can take between 5-15 business days for your product to arrive at your door, depending on the product as some are produced when ordered.

Please also note that if your purchased item is on pre-order, it may take longer to arrive at your doorsteps due to manufacturing delays. Most pre-ordered products will take about 30 business days to ship.


Our handling time usually takes about 3-4 business days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Our shipping times are dependent on where you live.

If we are experiencing an extremely high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. In peak periods please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


You can track your order here. Your tracking will start showing information once it gets scanned by our shipping company.

If your tracking is not showing information, please wait 4-5 days before trying to track your package again. If your package is showing information but it is not updating, your package is making its way to its destination and will be updated once it is picked up by your local postal office. We sometimes ship your order in separate packages to optimize delivery times and to meet weight restrictions. Please refer to your tracking codes to see when your other items are going to be delivered to you.
